When I read The Secret for first time, I was in lower vibration of depression. I read about making thank you list and I screamed, “How can I make this list ? I don’t have anything to be thankful ! “
But I decided to follow the instructions because I want to change my situation.
Rhonda madam, the author says if you feel you don’t have anything to be thankful then count things in your house; count natural things like air, water which you always have. So I started making list and I end up complaining that I don’t have so much time to do this daily.
And I realize I have so much to be thankful !!!
While writing this I have tears of gratitude in my eyes.
