Breathing is the only thing all of us do throughout the life spontaneously. Yet we don’t understand breathing is a simple but precious tool to raise our vibrations.
Breath consciously. Take a deep breath slowly. Experience that breath. Enjoy the flow of air coming into your vessel. Feel the oxygen spreading into your lungs. Feel how your heart is spreading oxygen in whole body through vens. Be grateful for this nature element. Be grateful for your autonomous system.
Now slowly breath out. Feel all the toxins from all over the body is coming out. Feel the relief in your nerves. Be happy for this. Be grateful for this.
If you do this in each breath you are automatically living in now.
